I truly believe that a trainer or fitness expert has to be a reflection of a fit healthy body and a fit healthy mind! If a trainer doesn’t reflect both, then they have no business training others! Trainers have to walk the walk and talk the talk. They have to be a walking billboard to their friends, colleagues and customers, and a reflection of what they are taught and what they preach. It really bothers me watching a trainer working out with a client with some cookie cutter program with absolutely no motivation, enthusiasm or energy what’s so ever. A trainer has to be able to inspire & motivate his clients at all times. He should be giving you the most up to date nutritional advice and training techniques so you won’t need to depend on him or her forever! While you’re training, you should be absorbing as much information as possible from your trainer in order to continue on your path to a healthy lifestyle, as only a few of us can afford a trainer for so long!

Our bodies were designed and have the ability to heal themselves. Unfortunately, we live in an era where our lives are stressful, our environment is toxic, while the lack of quality food we eat is also deterring our ability to heal and function properly. Even with advancements in medications and with increased access to information, we still suffer from chronic diseases at an incredible rate.
Technology in our society and environment is progressing so quickly and information is so readily available, that we have become even more confused about when, where, what and how we should be eating and training! We are literally drowning in information overload! From the tonnes of diet trends such as; gluten free, fat free, sugar free, yeast free, low fat, low carb, high protein foods, we are literally lost before we even begin! Food needs to return to its original purpose of being delicious, nourishing, health promoting, and enjoyable. I look at the whole person and believe that everyone is biochemically unique, therefore there is no “one size fits all” diet, supplement or training program that is right for every person. I take into account a person’s lifestyle, cultural back ground, cultural food types, energy levels. A person’s dietary and fitness program needs will change due to age, weight, activity level, health status, and stress among other factors. Obstacles that can hinder our health include food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies or excess lifestyle factors and toxicity. Taking into account all of these factors, I will develop a customized comprehensive nutritional & training program that fits your lifestyle to help you reach your goals and get you in the best shape of your life!
We start with a no charge 1 to 1.5-hour session in which we will have a chance to get to know one another and discuss your fitness concerns in detail and look for the root cause of your symptoms and health issues, and put together the plan that will move you towards your health and fitness goals. I will find out a lot of information about you, answer all of your questions, and give you a pile of information needed to move you forward. It’s a fun and rewarding session!
After the initial consultation, I will create and develop a customized training and nutrition program just for you. This service is extremely beneficial to schools, government agencies, fitness facilities and new businesses who would like to keep their students and employees healthy and productive.
All Packages are sold in blocks of 12 and are paid in advance before sessions begin. All sessions must be completed within a 4 week period and are non-refundable. Any sessions not completed at that time will be expired. Once payment has been made, all sessions are considered non-refundable with no exceptions.
When you must cancel, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice so I am able to fill your spot. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when you cancel, you will be charged the full fee for your session. This fee will be waived in the event of serious illness or an emergency.
